The second allegory - personification of one of four fundamental elements - Air - is now here! Well, I don't see the reason to explain the picture, as I can judge, I did the idea quite transparent: soft colours, pale skin, light silk and valley full of wind beneath She is beautiful! Not because of my will, it's all because this is a portrait of one charming girl, unfortunatelly living so far from me...
She's so absolutely amazing! In a word (sorry for the bad pun) breathtaking! I absolutely love the look on her face, which easily conveys the ecstasy one expects to feel in taking flight. It's a bit sexual even, but for the most part, simply enjoying the experience of being elevated (even above the birds)!
She seems so very exalted, like a goddess, almost! Not condescending, but transcendent!
Not to mention, the scape behind her is absolutely fantastic. The depth is very easy to get lost in, the scale so believable. It makes you truly imagine about the world this wind elemental lives in. What wonders would you find there? How far does it extend? Is it any place possible for men to reach?
The picture, overall, is absolutely stunning. Very well done! Keep up the excellent work!
I like this image because - it is not just another nude, but is the expression of an idea, of a concept - the colors are well chosen, and in harmony with the vision - the whole image is expressive and harmonic - the scarf is a perfect artifice for the subject and is well drawn - the technic in the drawing of the woman is just perfect In the other hand, I feel like somes things could be better. Otherwise I would not write a critique.... - this is an asexual female : if you don't want to draw the sex, just put the leg or the scarf on it, if you want an asexual character, don't draw the breasts ; especially when the sex is exactly at the center of the image - the character is too rigid, always in motion is the air, you should have more movement in the legs, and I suggest to have your character not just vertical - the visage expression is sad, suffering... but the climate is just cloudy with sun rays ; I think that this visage expression is not in harmony with the background and that it would better fit a martyr than an allegory of the air.
