Description
The fifth sin "Envy" (lat. Invidia) is now among my series of artworks “Seven Deadly Sins”. I feel quite satisfied that this long work is about to finish) There are only two sins to draw and all concepts are ready to be painted)
Envy. I hate envy most of all. Really hate. Compared to others I find this one as the most deadly sin. For example, Wrath is usually fraught with only physical violence and all. Crude but simple and clear, with no lies, deceptions, and other hidden motives. But Envy is not. It is very difficult to reveal Envy in people. Envy aims at everyone around. For this Sin it's not enough to destroy carrier from within and to prevent his peace and happiness, but also Envy requires the destruction of others' lives.
Envy incites people to crime and gives rise to the other sins.
